TRAINING RESPONSABLES The E. C.E. is a Universities’ and Educational Institutions’ Network and a body of Research which aims to organize Masters and High Training Courses, on the basis of following Models: - TCS Certification Model - Training Competences and Skills, EMeS  Model – Educational and Methodological Strategies for Students’ Development and Training Assessment.  - The I.S.P.E.F. Model of University Master is characterized by the development of professional skills, a complementary integration of different modes of teaching / learning and by certification for students' skills. These Models have been designed by  I.S.P.E.F. - Institute of Psychological Sciences Education and Training of Rome - Italy, which is the institute responsible for the certification of skills acquired by university Teachers with ECE Training Courses. These Models have been designed by  I.S.P.E.F. - Institute of Psychological  Sciences Education and Training of Rome - Italy, which is the institute responsible for the  certification of skills acquired by university Teachers with ECE Training Courses.   If there is an agreement between the University and the E.C.E. for the courses realization, the two institutions will have the following functions: - the University will be: a) responsible for the direction and the teaching management of the Training and the internship of the university teachers, b) co-responsible in the monitoring and evaluation of the documentation of the teacher for the Certificate achievement. - E. C.E. - European Center of Education will be: a) responsible for the e-Learning   b) co-responsible for monitoring and evaluation of teacher documentation for the Certificate achievement. Proposals for TRAINING FOR UNIVERSITY PROFESSIONALISM TEACHING  For a correct understanding of the proposals for the Training for  University Professionalism Teaching , it is important to know the Key  Definitions which are at the basis of these proposals:   Knowledge : outcome of the assimilation of information, it refers to  data, facts, principles, theories, processes. Skills: ability to apply knowledge  and to use the "know how" to carry  out tasks and solve problems. Skills are cognitive (use of logical  thinking) and practical (including methods, tools, materials, dexterity).  Competence: the proven ability to use knowledge, skills and personal  attitudes, social and / or methodological abilities when working or  studing and in professional and / or personal development.  The proof of a competence implies that the subject has matured in  responsibility and autonomy. Competences are divided into formal (refer to  specific skills) and transverse (refer  to a set of skills that are involved with  many kinds of tasks and carried out in different situations). Soft skills can  also be identified as no-formal or informal skills.  For a complete offer, E.
